Messages sent through the website do not create a purchase by themselves. Any payment or booking is confirmed on a separate document with its own reference.
Physical goods
If retail accessories are sold on site, unused items in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of purchase with proof of payment, unless an exclusion applies under consumer regulations for sealed goods that were opened.
Services
Pre-paid blocks for room use follow the cancellation clause printed on the receipt. Where the law grants a cooling-off period for distance contracts, the statutory text takes precedence over this summary.
How to start a return
Write to the email or postal address on the contact section with your reference number and a short description of the item or booking. Refunds, when due, are issued using the original payment method where technically possible.
